    2. Turn On
      To divert all incoming calls to your service:

      Turn Off
      To cancel the Call Forward Immediate function:

      Lift Handset # 21 # Hang Up

      To divert all incoming calls if your service is busy:

      Turn Off
      To cancel the Call Forward Busy function:

  • Call Waiting
    Call waiting is designed to notify you if another caller is attempting to call you, whist you are on another call. A low level beeping noise will be audible through your handset whilst you are on another call.

  • Turn On
    To turn ON call waiting, lift your telephone handset and type * 43 #

    Turn Off
    To turn OFF call waiting,lift your telephone handset and type # 43 #

  • Call Return

  • To retrieve your last unanswered call:

    Lift Handset * 10 # Announcement

    The missed call telephone number will be read back.

    If the telephone number is silent or restricted you will not be informed the number.

  • Service Number Identification

  • To identify the telephone number on a telephone line,

    The automated operator will read back the telephone number.

  • Long Distance Provider

  • To identify the network your long distance calls are pre-selected:

    This service is designed to provide assistance to the general public with the operation of 1900 premium services. If you have been charged for a call to a 1900 service and would like to identify what the service number was for, please call: 1800 035 055

    An operator will inform you of the type of service a 1900 number is providing.
